Level Up Your Leadership: From Position to Presence

Level Up Your Leadership is a two-hour, interactive leadership lab designed for professionals who want to grow their influence, expand their impact, and lead with greater intention—regardless of title or role.

Grounded in the principles of The 5 Levels of Leadership by John C. Maxwell, this lab explores leadership as a progression—not just of skills, but of mindset, relationships, and personal development. Participants will examine what it means to move from leading by position to leading through trust, results, development of others, and ultimately, presence.

Rather than a lecture, this lab is designed as an engaging, experiential learning environment. Through interactive exercises, small group dialogue, real-world scenarios, and guided reflection, participants will explore how leadership shows up in their everyday work—and where they are ready to grow.

Together, we’ll unpack the five levels of leadership:

• Position: Leadership based on title or role
• Permission: Leadership built on relationships and trust
• Production: Leadership measured by results and contribution
• People Development: Leadership that multiplies through others
• Pinnacle: Leadership rooted in respect, legacy, and presence

Participants will identify where they currently lead from, where they may feel stuck or stretched, and what it looks like to intentionally “level up” in a way that is both authentic and sustainable.

This experience is energizing, practical, and reflective. It creates space not only to learn leadership concepts, but to practice them—building confidence, clarity, and connection along the way.
