The purpose of this event is to begin a dialogue on the importance of diversity and inclusion within organizations (i.e., public and private) in Northern Alabama. As a focal point, this symposium will provide strategies to build cultural awareness to enhance engagement and productivity in “Creating the Community” among Northern Alabama organizations.
The main objective is to ensure organizations demonstrate an inclusive, yet safe environment for all employees. Understanding the importance of diversity and inclusion enhances morale and provides organizations with a unique opportunity to attract and retain high-quality talent in Northern Alabama.
