What is the acquisition budget process? What is an appropriation? What is the difference between a FAR-based contract and an OTA contract? What is the life cycle of a government contract up to the award of that contract? Learn the answers to these questions and more at our Contracts 101 seminar.

Instructor:
Marsha Wells is a manager in the BMSS government contracting department. She has over 20 years of experience with local government contractors in various contracting roles throughout her career. Marsha is known for implementing corporate compliance processes and effectively implementing win-win solutions. The nature of her present work includes government contract compliance, negotiation of fair terms and conditions and acting as a liaison between government and technical performance for government contractors.
