MEMBER EVENT: FSCU 75th Anniversary Diamond Dig
To celebrate our 75th Anniversary, Family Savings Credit Union is hosting 11 Diamond Dig events across Alabama and Georgia this summer, bringing one of the biggest community celebrations in our history to locations across our footprint throughout July and August 2026.
At the center of each event is the Diamond Dig. We’ve built a custom Diamond Dig trailer to bring to each location, filled with dirt and sand, where registered participants will have the chance to dig for exciting prizes, including a real diamond necklace valued at almost $1,000 at each event.

Join us as we celebrate Family Savings Credit Union’s 75th Anniversary with a Diamond Dig event in Huntsville, AL! This event brings our Huntsville, Alabama branches (Bentley Bypass, Trailhead, and Owens Cross Roads) together for one combined celebration!
Registration will begin 30 minutes before the official event start time. The first 30 eligible participants to register on-site will receive a ticket with a scheduled time to dig. Each participant will dig for one diamond-shaped prize capsule filled with prizes and giveaways. Limit one prize per person. Prizes may include cash, gift cards, jewelry, FSCU merchandise, and more.
In addition to the Diamond Dig, the event will feature family-friendly fun, including:
- Balloon animals
- Face painting
- A 360 photo booth
- Jumpy Houses
- DJ with Music
- Food trucks (items available for purchase)
