MEMBER EVENT: Fall Fitness Festival at Hays Farm

Join us for a free family fun day all about fitness! We will have a community fun run, kids run, and bike ride, followed by a day filled with free pop-up fitness classes from some of your favorite local fitness studios!

There will be booths set up with giveaways, fitness studio information, free assessments, free personalized stretching, nutrition, hydration IVs and Normatec compression therapy, yard games, food trucks, & more!
