MEMBER EVENT: David McKannan Memorial 5K & Fun Run
Welcome to the Annual David McKannan Memorial Run!
This run is held in memory of David, an avid runner, loving father, husband and brother who lost his battle with ALS in 2012. The 5K race begins at 7 a.m. at Ditto Landing. The course is flat and fast, running along the shaded paths along the river. The 1-mile fun run begins at 8 a.m. and will be a fast and fun route as well. Age group awards will be given.
A Huntsville Track Club Event
Late Registration and Race Packets will be available on Friday, the day before the race, from 10 a.m.–6 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports (2722 Carl T Jones Dr SE, B2) OR at the race site starting at 6 a.m. until 15 minutes before the race start on race day.
