MEMBER EVENT: Center for Advancement of NEXTGEN Deaf Ribbon Cutting

Join us for a Ribbon Cutting as we celebrate a major milestone for the Center for Advancement of NEXTGEN Deaf (CANGD)! This is more than a celebration. It marks a step forward for families in north Alabama.

What began as a bold response to gaps in care for children who have hearing loss is now entering its next phase. At CANGD, we are expanding access, growing clinical capacity, and strengthening partnerships across healthcare and education to better serve our community.

Too many families still face long wait times or travel hours for specialized pediatric audiology care. We are working to change that by scaling services, advancing hearing technology, and building a more connected system of support so families no longer navigate this journey alone.
