MEMBER EVENT: Celebrate International Pi Day at Sci-Quest
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Join us on Saturday, March 14 at 9:26:53 a.m. as we celebrate Pi Day at Sci-Quest, Hands-on Science Center. Pi Day is observed on March 14 (3.14) each year, commemorating the mathematical constant pi (p).
Sci-Quest is celebrating this famous never-ending number with fun pi related activities, including a pie throwing challenge, computer programming with raspberry pi, and a math themed jewelry making station where visitors can make their own fashionable pi earrings and more.
Pi Day is for all ages and families are encouraged to attend. This event lasts until 4 p.m. and is included with general admission to Sci-Quest. For more information about Pi Day, visit www.sci-quest.org.
