• Paper ONLY.
• No Metal, Ceramics, Plastics, Composites.
• Tape and glue are OK.
• All flying entries MUST be launched by hand (NO RUBBER BANDS).
• No FLYING DISKS, MISSILES, etc.
• ONLY ONE entry in EACH flying category.
• Unlimited Artistic Entries.
• Judges Decisions are FINAL
