2025 WBC Portrait of Success: A Luncheon Honoring Women in Business

Join us for an inspiring afternoon at our annual Portrait of Success luncheon, where we honor the achievements and resilience of women entrepreneurs who shape our community. This year's highlight is a keynote address from the recipient of the prestigious Woman-Owned Business of the Year award, Julie Martz, the Chief Executive Officer/Founder of 4M Research, Inc.
 
This luncheon will be an opportunity to celebrate her accomplishment as the 2024 Woman Owned Business of the Year, network with other professionals, and engage in meaningful conversations about fostering excellence in business.

The luncheon will be immediately followed by a proclamation signing with Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle honoring Woman-Owned Businesses.
 

Julie Martz, CEO & Founder
4M Research, Inc.

Julie Martz attended Auburn University and the University of Alabama in Huntsville while completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. She has over 25 years of industry experience which includes working for NASA on programs like the Shuttle and Space Station. Under her guidance, 4M experienced explosive growth and completed acquisition of another company that expanded 4M’s core competencies which provided immediate prime contractor past performance.
