Join us for The Business of Sport and hear from Dr. Fiona Chambers, a senior leader in higher education with 30+ years global experience in education, sports and innovation. Utilizing discussion and facilitation in a group setting, Fiona will guide the audience to how large sporting events impact Huntsville, why is it important, and to fully understand the quality of life investments made by the City benefits our whole ecosystem.
 
In addition to the semi-professional hockey, baseball, and soccer teams that call Huntsville home, we have increased the type and quality of sports brought to our city, including Conference USA basketball, SEC basketball, football, baseball and gymnastics, college volleyball, table tennis, international para-cycling events and more. All of these are opportunities to showcase human-centric innovation and:

• Generate understanding of the innovation and opportunity that exists for Huntsville when these sports programs are recruited to take place in our community;
• Generate additional revenue and volunteers from these businesses when we have sports activities coming to the community;
