Frank J. Williams lives and leads by the mantra, “To whom much is given, much will be required” (Luke 12:48). Since joining the workforce at age 8 in his hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and serving in the U.S. Army, Frank has excelled in management and leadership roles, establishing himself as one of North Alabama’s most successful business and community leaders. He has sought opportunities to use his personal story to inspire others — from disadvantaged youth to executive teams — to overcome adversity and build their own rich legacies. Now, in addition to his duties as the award-winning executive manager and managing partner of two leading auto dealerships, Frank is motivating others through speaking engagements and personal and professional mentorships. Frank, the father of two successful adult children, is the author of two books, Legacy Heist: The Lost Treasure in America and A Field Trip With Frank, both of which tell Frank’s story of overcoming generational poverty and provide a blueprint for others to do the same.
