2023 Lunch & Learn: Dealing with Conflict in the Workplace (virtual)
Telling someone an uncomfortable truth can be difficult – especially in a professional setting where constructive criticism, work product disagreements, and personality clashes are inevitable. To avoid an argument or to spare someone’s feelings, sometimes it’s easier to just let things go. But it can also lead to greater problems down the road.
Grab your lunch, your headphones, and plan to join us for a virtual lunch and learn with Michelle Nash, director of organizational and people development at PZI Consulting, experts in International HR and people development. She will share strategies and walk us through tools that we can use when having hard conversations and dealing with conflicts at work.
