Join us for an Alabama Legislative Update Breakfast featuring Speaker of the House Mac McCutcheon; Alabama House Minority Leader Anthony Daniels, and Senator Arthur Orr, Senate Finance and Taxation Education Committee Chair. The breakfast buffet starts at 7:30, the program begins at 7:45 and should conclude by 9 a.m.
Tennessee Valley legislators have never before held such a powerful combination of State Legislative leadership positions. For the first time in Alabama’s 200 year history, the Speaker of the Alabama House of Representatives, the Minority Leader of the Alabama House of Representatives, and the Chair of the Senate Education Fund Appropriations Committee all hail from north Alabama. These three positions have tremendous impact on the legislative process and funding of State government.
