Contractors, consultants and small business owners from the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Element (SBE) are encouraged to attend this important seminar to learn about requirements to participate in the highway construction contracting process and how to “conduct business with ALDOT”. The overarching objective is to advance economic development through business development and to assist in developing firms that can compete successfully in the market place outside the DBE Program.
