2014 Town Hall Meeting with Sen. Arthur Orr
Sen. Arthur Orr will host a Town Hall Meeting at the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County to announce the new Alabama Securities Law allowing business capital formation through Crowdfunding. The Alabama Securities Exchange Deputy Director Ed Reed will discuss the new Crowdfunding Law, how to apply, and the Do's and Don’ts when raising capital. Learn how to apply for an exemption to raise up to $1 million for new business startups through Crowdfunding.
