Mo'Bay is built on a mama's special beignet recipe for her family\, and her tradition of using her special syrups to "add a little love to them." \n\n\n\nAnd Mo'Bay Beignet Co. has a sibling! Bay Town Burger Co. was created in honor of the owner's baseball- and cheeseburger-loving sons. The first location launched in the Fall 2021 in West Mobile where her boys have grown up playing America's favorite past time.\n\n\n\nLess than three years after opening the doors to her first brick and mortar cafe in Historic Downtown Mobile\, there are now seven cafes and two food trucks\, a mix of corporately owned and franchised locations   the latest being in Huntsville! Chris & Stephanie Gothart are the franchise owners of Mo'Bay Beignet Co. Huntsville & Bay Town Burger Co. Huntsville.
