The brand new apartment community will host a Grand Opening celebration on Thursday\, Sept. 4 to commemorate the moment in the reawakening of downtown Huntsville.\n\n \n\nThe community-wide event will take place from 5-7 p.m.\, and is slated to include great local food and drink\, live entertainment\, an interactive photo booth\, fun giveaways and more. Attendees will have the opportunity to enter to win door prizes including gift cards to area businesses and restaurants like Asian Rim\, Publix Grocery and Pottery Barn\, as well as a Fitbit and an iPad mini.\n\n \n\nWhile enjoying the modern space\, guests will sample hors d'oeuvres prepared by The Cotton Row Restaurant's Executive Chef James Boyce\, along with a selection of craft beers provided by Alabama Crown. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the luxury apartments\, get to know current residents and talk with the property management team. Should partygoers choose to sign a lease during the event\, they will receive $200 off their first month's rent.
