DESCRIPTION:NAITA is partnering with the Alabama Automotive Manufacturer's Association (AAMA) and PZI International to present World Trade Day in conjunction with Talent Without Borders\, the Second Annual International Human Resources Conference.  \n\n\n\nThe two-day seminar will include eight sessions\, all focusing on international business travelers (IBT)\, short term assignments (STA) and international commuters (IC). Companies can get answers to questions concerning employees who have responsibilities in more than one region and travel to conduct business\, individuals who travel to foreign locations throughout the month to work and individuals who work more than 30 days in a foreign location.
