Strickland\, the Manager\, Program Operations & Strategic Communications for the Space Launch System (SLS) Program at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center.\n\n\n\nBefore joining the SLS Program\, Strickland worked at NASA Headquarters in Washington\, D.C. as a review manager in the Independent Program Assessment Office. He has also served as Chief Safety & Mission Assurance (SMA) Officer for the Ares I Vehicle Integration Office at NASA's Marshall Center.\n\n\n\nStrickland actively participates in community service projects throughout Madison County and Alabama\, including serving on the Delta Theta Lambda Education Foundation\, the J.F. Drake State Community & Technical College Foundation Board and the Union Chapel Christian Academy Foundation Board.\n\n\n\nHe and his wife\, Rosalynne\, are the proud parents of two children\, Lauren and Miles.
