DESCRIPTION:FOR UPDATE: https://hudsonalpha.org/foundation/double-helix-dash-event/\nThis is an opportunity for Dash runners and walkers\, veterans and first-timers\, to participate according to your timeline without worrying about crowds and potential exposure to COVID-19.  Due to popular demand\, the HudsonAlpha Foundation has reopened registration for its virtual Double Helix Dask 5K. Participants who registered after 4/1 will not receive a t-shirt\, as the order  has already been processed.\n\nYou can run your Dash anywhere   and anytime   between March 31 and Tuesday\, April 14. Simply log your time via HTC's online form and send a photo to back it up (screenshot of fitness app\, or time on Garmin\, etc ).  HTC will track and post results. Just make sure you log your times by Tuesday\, April 14\, at 11:59pm. (Please note that while we will publish full results\, due to the nature of the event\, there will be no formal awards for top finishers.) \n\nWe encourage you to post your race pictures to Facebook and tag the Double Helix Dash Facebook page. You can also post on Instagram   be sure to tag @hudsonalphainstitute and use the hashtag #dhd2020
