Fox was also previously Executive Assistant to the Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). \n\n\n\nChambers leads Direct Employer's compliance initiatives and oversees the creation of strategic partnerships to further the sharing of job opportunities for job seekers. She is vastly experienced in affirmative action (AA) and EEO\, as a former recruiter\, HRIS analyst and affirmative action manager\, and speaks extensively across the US at AA related conferences. Chambers joins Fox as a faculty member for the National Employment Law Institute (NELI). \n\n\n\n\n\nThe TVILG is a chapter of a national organization focused on keeping companies who do business with the Federal government\, directly or as a subcontactor\, abreast of regulatory requirements and compliance expectations.  The TVILG partners with all branches of the Department of Labor\, primarily focused on OFCCP\, in a non-controversial setting to enhance compliance postures and avoid violations of law that could\, and do\, result in financial remedies. The TVILG meets quarterly and invites experts in the field of EEO and AA to share knowledge regarding compliance.
