DESCRIPTION:Join the UAH Dept. of Space Science\, in conjunction with the Center for Space Plasma and Aeronomic Research (CSPAR)\, at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center or a Pass the Torch presentation featuring Ed Buckbee speaking on "America's Greatest Space Generation".\n\n\n\nThe UAH Dept. of Space Science and CSPAR offer a Joint Space Weather Summer Camp program where students from UAH and Germany learn about space physics. Buckbee has supported the program by educating students since 2011.\n\n\n\nBuckbee\, who has enjoyed a more than 50-year association with the space program\, follows the brave pioneer astronauts from Alan Shepard's suborbital flight to the last man to walk on the moon\, Gene Cernan he will cover all the manned missions of that era.
