DESCRIPTION:Enjoy special\, family-friendly patriotic activities during regular museum hours\, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Children ages 12 and under get free admission. Although there are no evening activities inside the park for July 4\, visitors can enjoy our authentic German Biergarten in the Davidson Center from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. The Rocket Center will close at 7:30 p.m. in preparation for a 9 p.m. fireworks display\, generously presented by Loretta Spencer with support from WOW Internet\, TV & Phone. The Center will launch its largest fireworks display for the city of Huntsville at 9 p.m. For public safety\, the larger fireworks display requires the closing of the parking lot in front of the Davidson Center for Space Exploration. Families are encouraged to view the breathtaking\, patriotic show from other areas in the vicinity of the Rocket Center.
