DESCRIPTION:Burritt on the Mountain's City Lights and Stars is in its 25th season\, and to celebrate\, we are featuring both brand new acts and acts that have graced our stage for years. All have a local connection to Huntsville and Madison County. Join us for the best season ever and support our local artists while enjoying our iconic view of the city from our brand new cantilevered deck\, The View!\n\n\n\nFire and Spice and Susie's Pops will be serving tasty treats tonight! Gates open at 6:30 p.m.\n\n\n\n\n\nSeminole Strut started as a bunch of friends getting together and jamming in late 2012. These six Huntsville natives had been in various bands growing up\, but had never played together as a group prior to the formation of the band. Influenced by a variety of different music styles\, they meshed together to forge a unique sound with a modern touch on raw rock and soul music. The musical backgrounds of Seminole Strut vary from classic sounds\, such as the Rolling Stones\, Led Zeppelin\, the Band\, the Beatles\, and the Allman Brothers Band\, to the stylings of funk\, jazz\, blues\, folk and heavy rhythms.
