This event will focus on AMRDEC's core technical capabilities\, acquisition needs\, science and technology (S&T) programs\, technical challenges and roadblocks. The event will include presentations by AMRDEC leaders and subject matter experts\, a panel discussion\, Q&A and hardware displays. Networking is expected and encouraged.\n\n\n\nThe AMRDEC is part of the U.S. Army Research\, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM)\, which has the mission to develop technology and engineering solutions for America's Soldiers.\n\n\n\nRDECOM is a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Materiel Command. AMC is the Army's premier provider of materiel readiness -- technology\, acquisition support\, materiel development\, logistics power projection\, and sustainment -- to the total force\, across the spectrum of joint military operations.
