DESCRIPTION:Please accept our invitation to partner with us in our upcoming Second Annual Trunk-or-Treat. The goal of this event is to connect and serve the families in our local communities with a fun\, family event\, and to provide a means of awareness as to the services that are available to assist them in our area. This will be an opportunity to introduce your services to the local community and connect with them on an individual basis. We expect individuals from every facet of the community and others seeking to gain knowledge as to what is offered here in Madison County.\n\n \n\nAs an exhibitor/vendor\, we are asking your agency/company to provide two bags of candy to be used for the various trunks. Please provide any educational / informational fliers or brochures\, free samples and items to purchase. Also\, if you would like to set up a "trunk space" instead of booth space\, that would also be a way to insure more people come visit your area. This is a yearly event and your participation will make it an even bigger success. Last year we had more than 700 people of all ages to attend.
