She has also earned a Masters Certificate in Systems Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). Before founding Cortina Solutions\, Musante worked in the engineering field for over 20 years. Her previous employers include Boeing\, Teledyne Brown Engineering\, and Raytheon. She enjoys boating and spending time with her family and friends at Smith Lake.
