SUMMARY:2026 Armed Forces Celebration: Community Softball Game
DESCRIPTION:The Armed Forces Celebration is all about nurturing the relationships between the people who lead and work on Redstone Arsenal and the people who lead and work in the surrounding communities. What better way to accomplish this goal than by engaging in a little fun together? This Community Softball Game brings together local elected leaders and Redstone leadership for a game at Toyota Field\, home of the Trash Pandas. Admission to the game is free\, and there's beer and ballgame food for purchase. Recent games brought over 1\,000 people to the stadium\, and we expect far more in the future.\n\n\n\nWhether you cheer for the Redstone Arsenal team or our local Community Leaders\, this will be a great game! Together\, we are all TEAM REDSTONE!\n\n\n\nAdmission and parking are FREE\, so bring your entire family! The gates open at 5:30 p.m.\, and concessions will be available for purchase.\n\n\n\n  FREE Hot Dogs to the first 500 attendees!  \n\n\n\nWe'll also give the Grand Slam Spirit Award to the company/organization that brings the most people to the game. Put this on your company calendars\, round up your employees\, and come have a fun night at the ballpark watching Team Redstone take on the North Alabama Rockets!\n\nNOTE to Companies: We suggest you have a plan on where to meet up and where to sit\, and please cluster together (fill in empty seats). We will make announcements about this early in the game. Take a picture of your group\, post to social media and tag the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber on Facebook\, Instagram\, or LinkedIn.
