Raised in upstate New York\, he brings a lifelong dedication to discipline\, resilience\, and high-performing teams shaped by nearly two decades of competitive wrestling\, including four years of NCAA Division I competition at West Point\, winning two University Greco-Roman National Championships and representing the U.S. as a University World Team member.\n\n \n \n\nWright served 22 years in the U.S. Army\, experiencing what he calls a series of "little-to-big victories and lessons from loss" across elite units from the 82nd Airborne to Special Forces. He later returned to West Point as an instructor and culminated his career in strategic leadership roles supporting Special Mission Units and leading the Chief of Staff of the Army's priority program\, PRISM.\n\n \n \n\nAfter retiring\, Wright transitioned to the private sector\, where he brings the same mission-driven mindset to innovation and impact. He is the founder of Offset Strategic Services (OSS)\, an engineering and technical solutions company\, and co-founder of Strategic AI Services (SAS)\, Bright Path Research (BPR)\, Offset Systems Group (OSG)\, and the nonprofit Huntsville SOF Network\, which raises hundreds of thousands of dollars annually to support veterans and their families through the iconic Bullets\, Bourbon & Barbecue event that he and his team lead.\n\n \n \n\nWright speaks on leadership\, resilience\, service\, and building the right teams. He is passionate about empowering others to find\, face\, and push through adversity\, embrace mentorship\, pursue excellence\, and teach others to do the same.
