She joined the FBI in 2020 as a Contracting Officer supporting the Facilities Acquisition Unit. In the Facilities Acquisition Unit\, she was the lead Contracting Officer for the Fleet and Aviation portfolio and supported various construction contracts at Redstone Arsenal. Prior to joining the FBI\, Trowbridge was a Contracting Officer at the Army Contracting Command for the International Contracts Division for Foreign Military Sales. She also served as a Contracting Officer for the Missile Defense Agency procuring engineering and support services\, network\, information technology and cybersecurity support services\, and Missile Weapon Systems.\n\n\n\nBefore her career with the U.S. Government\, Trowbridge worked in industry as a Contract Manager and Cost Analyst. She has served in various officer roles with the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) of Huntsville\, AL. Trowbridge has a master's degree in Acquisition and Contract Management and is Level III FAC-C Certified.\n\n\n\n\n\nMarie Agrinzoni\n\nAcquisition Strategist\, FBI\n\n\n\nMarie Agrinzoni is an Acquisition Strategist for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). She joined the FBI in 2019 as a Contracting Officer supporting the Professional Services Acquisition Unit (PSAU). In PSAU\, she was the Team Lead for all classified services. Prior to joining the FBI\, Agrinzoni was a Contracting Officer at Missile Defense Agency supporting the Sensors program\, and worked in industry (both small and large businesses) as a Procurement Agent/Contracts Manager. She has a master's in business administration (MBA) and is FAC-C-P Certified.
