She has served in numerous leadership and technical positions\, and became the CEO and president in 2008. Saylor received her PhD and Masters in Numerical Analysis from the University of Kentucky.\n\n\n\nUnder her leadership\, SimTech quadrupled in size\, became a woman-owned small business\, and expanded the business base to multiple new customers. She was also instrumental in increasing SimTech's community support presence in STEM\, children's services\, and physical and mental health. SimTech has become a well-known employer and business partner for Huntsville area defense contractors\, with a stellar reputation for integrity\, quality of technical work\, and responsiveness to customers.
