He attended the Temple Bible College in Cincinnati\, Ohio and has graduated from Alt\, Sem (an affiliate of The International Theological Center in Atlanta\, GA)\, he has a B.S from Ashford University.\n\n\n\nCole is the program manager of Supplier Diversity & Development with Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA)   the largest public power company in the United States\, serving 10+ million people in the valley and about 80\,000 square miles in the southeastern United States. This area includes most of Tennessee and parts of six other states   Alabama\, Mississippi\, Kentucky\, Virginia\, North Carolina\, and Georgia.\n\n\n\nHe has been with TVA for eight years   starting out in Human Resources as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and transferring his skillsets over to Supplier Diversity for the last three years. Cole engages with and supports TVA's internal stakeholders as well its external stakeholders. His responsibilities include subcontracting\, meet & greets (matchmaking)\, Diversity Alliance Partners (such as MMBC\, Tristate and WEBEC South and many more) and our West coast mentoring initiative.\n\n\n\nCole is a small business owner\, a pastor\, an author\, and a passionate and energetic person that has zeal to bring out the best in people. He has a desire to empower people to see their life changed for the better. His belief is that all people can become whatever they want to become\, but they must first believe that they can.\n\n\n\nHe is married to Darleene Babbs Cole (known as Lady D)\, and together they have seven kids.
