DESCRIPTION:The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber is pleased to host the Armed Forces Celebration Luncheon every year\, to recognize the role that Redstone Arsenal plays in the defense of our nation and the economic impact that it has on our region. The Luncheon will feature General Edward M. Daly\, Commanding General of U.S. Army Materiel Command\, as the keynote speaker.  \n\n\n\nRedstone Arsenal is a 38\,000-acre federal installation that is home to more than 70 organizations including the U.S. Army\, NASA\, the FBI and many other organizations. More than 43\,000 people work on Redstone\, and the Arsenal serves as the nation's nerve center for the U.S. Army aviation\, missile\, missile defense\, and space exploration programs. Total budgets managed at Redstone exceed $50 billion. With more than $7 billion spent in the community\, Madison County is ranked #7 in the nation for military spending.\n\n\n\nNOTE: Tables for this luncheon are available at discounted pricing through our current ChamberON campaign.
