SUMMARY:2020 Montgomery Trip
DESCRIPTION:The Chamber's annual trip to the State Capitol is designed to advance the Chamber's state agenda and provide an opportunity to meet with key leaders in state government. Past trips have included meetings with the Governor\, members of the Governor's Cabinet\, and the leadership of the Alabama Legislature.\n\n\n\nLocal businesses and elected leaders say they have found it to be an excellent opportunity to network with other community leaders and familiarize themselves with Montgomery and our critical state issues.\n\n\n\nThe Montgomery Trip will be an overnight stay. We will meet at the Chamber\, leave by bus on Tuesday\, and travel to the Renaissance Hotel in Montgomery where there will be an evening reception. We will leave Montgomery after lunch on Wednesday.\n\n\n\nThe registration fee includes bus transportation. Hotel reservation is not included\n\n\n\nAgenda:\n\nTuesday\, March 10\n\n1 p.m.   Bus departs Chamber parking lot\n\n4 p.m.   Bus arrives at Montgomery Renaissance Hotel\n\n6-7:30 p.m.   Reception at the Renaissance Hotel\, MPAC Lobby\n\n\n\nWednesday\, March 11\n\n7:45 a.m.   Breakfast buffet opens\n\n8 a.m.    Welcome & Introductions\, Kevin Byrnes\n\n8:10 a.m.   Sen.
