DESCRIPTION:Join us as we partner with the Alabama Department of Commerce and the Huntsville Career Center to discuss how you can receive reimbursement for employee training!\n\n\n\nThe Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) provides funding for the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program that is designed to assist employers in hiring eligible\, entry-level employees. This program provides wage reimbursement at a minimum of 50 percent of the participant's wage to compensate you for the costs involved with training and supervision. \n\n\n\nAttendees will hear valuable information from Brandon Smith and Terry Comer with the Alabama Department of Labor.
