The Greater Huntsville Humane Society Announces  New Transport Program
 
Huntsville, AL - The Greater Huntsville Humane Society announces Huntsville Hounds on Transport (HHOT DOGZ), a new transport program that will begin in late April. Transports will carry dogs from the Greater Huntsville Humane Society, A New Leash on Life, and Huntsville Animal Services, to a shelter in the Washington, DC area.
 
HHOT DOGZ‘s cargo van donated by Jerry Damson Automotive Group, can hold 20+ dogs depending on their sizes. The transport will allow all three organizations to save more animals’ lives in our community.
 
More information will be released on Wednesday April, 4th at 10:00am at the GHHS Shelter 2812 Johnson Rd SW.

The Greater Huntsville Humane Society (GHHS) is a 501(c) GHHS is a 501(c)3 no-kill animal shelter dedicated to furthering the humane care and treatment of animals and providing adoption services for unwanted animals. GHHS was established in 1969 (49 years of saving animals) and operates with a small staff under a governing Board of Directors.  GHHS receives no state or federal funds.
