“Redstone Gateway was the best relocation option in Huntsville for the Cintel employees and customers due to the park’s amenities and its adjacency and visibility to Redstone Arsenal, the lifeblood of the region,” stated Dale Jobes, President & CEO of Cintel, Inc.
COPT’s Chief Operating Officer, Paul Adkins, stated, “We are excited to have Cintel join the Redstone Gateway community and thrilled that another tech and defense contractor tenant has recognized the value inherent in locating at Redstone Gateway.” He added, “We are enthusiastic about the ongoing demand at Redstone Gateway and look forward to expanding our footprint there.”
Cintel’s lease absorbed the only remaining office availability in Redstone Gateway. To accommodate on-going demand, COPT plans to commence construction on a new building this quarter.
