Bradley Partner Kimberly Martin Named to Who’s Who Legal: Product Liability Defence 2018
 
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (March 7, 2018) – Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Kimberly B. Martin, a partner in the firm's Huntsville office, has been named by Who’s Who Legal as among the world’s leading product liability defence practitioners. She is listed in the Who’s Who Legal: Product Liability Defence 2018.
 
Ms. Martin is co-chair of Bradley’s Life Sciences industry team. She focuses her practice on general litigation with an emphasis on medical device and pharmaceutical products liability litigation, as well as white collar matters and False Claims Act litigation. Ms. Martin has served as a national team member representing clients in multi-district litigation across the country. She has tried cases in state and federal court. Ms. Martin received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from the University of Alabama.
