MEMBER EVENT: Live Bald
Live Bald is an annual charity “head-shaving event” held in Huntsville – featuring food, drink, live music, a chance raffle, and, of course, volunteers getting their heads shaved. Live Bald is held in support of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a volunteer-powered charity dedicated to raising money for lifesaving childhood cancer research.
Since 2005, St. Baldrick’s has funded more than $200 million to support the most brilliant childhood cancer research experts in the world. Live Bald is presented by the Father Trecy Division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. There will be live music, children’s activities, food, beer, a chance raffle, and many shaved heads.
Entry is $10 at the door and there will be a donation station for contributions.
