2016 Women's Business Council Forum Lunch - February
Hot Trends and Issues in HR
In today’s workplace, multiple generations work side-by-side. These can include Veterans (born 1930-1945), Baby Boomers (1946-1964), Gen Xers (1965-1976), Gen Yers (1977-1990) and Millennials (born since 1991). Although each person is an individual with his/her own personality, shared experiences shape the generations and influence their work styles. Recognizing the strengths and values of each generation promotes respect for diversity and fosters cohesiveness within the workplace.
This seminar is part of the “Today’s Vision-Tomorrow’s Reality”, women-focused forums hosted by the Women's Business Council (WBC), representing the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County.
